Cavanna Air Consulting is a boutique, premium quality Airbnb management company.
Owned and managed by Paul Cavanna- an experienced Airbnb 5* Superhost with a wealth of hospitality, property management and customer service experience.
The Cavanna Air Consulting signature is to provide premium quality guest interactions at all touch points to ensure your guests are wowed from the moment they enquire about your listing!
Guests are given a 'classic' Airbnb experience: personal communication with the same person from initial contact to the final farewell and quality support throughout their stay.
Behind the scenes we work with care to ensure your listing is priced correctly on a daily basis so you achieve maximum income and occupancy levels, and housekeeping logistics are managed seamlessly and invisibly.
Clients receive a premium level of customer service at all times, and we are available to support you 24/7 365 days a year.

GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE, AVAILABILITY AND WORKING HOURS
We work with clients who have listings anywhere in London travel zones 1-2, with a strong focus on the following areas: Euston; Camden; Kings Cross; West Kensington and Queens Park.
We are happy to discuss your needs if your listing is outside of zones 1-2, please get in touch!
We can support clients remotely outside of London within the UK and internationally.
Core office hours: Mon - Fri: 10am - 6pm Weekends, early mornings and late evenings: by appointment.
Availability to guests: 24 hours via Airbnb app and in person by prior arrangement.
